Legal Minds AG (“Provider”) offers online consulting services (“Services”) as described on this website. These Services are intended exclusively for informational and advisory purposes. They do not constitute legal representation or professional legal advice before any authority, court, or third party.
2. Booking and Payment
Consultation appointments are booked directly by the client (“Client”) via the Provider’s online booking system (TidyCal). Payment of the full fee is required at the time of booking and processed securely via Stripe (credit card). After successful payment, the Client receives a booking confirmation by email.
3. Appointment and Delivery
The Services are conducted on the agreed date and time via Microsoft Teams or another mutually agreed digital communication platform. The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the necessary technical equipment, software, and a stable internet connection. The Provider will send the meeting link prior to the scheduled consultation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
The Client may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), are non-refundable. The Provider reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a consultation for reasonable causes such as illness, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The Provider’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. The Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data. No warranty is given regarding the achievement of any particular outcome or result from the consultation.
7. Data Protection
The Provider processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy as published in this website. By booking a consultation, the Client consents to the processing of their personal data as necessary for the performance and administration of the Services.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
